Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances an item needs to be returned. No worries! Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds/exchanges on any items. 

STORE CREDIT

The store credit amount will be your total you paid at checkout, and will be credited within 5 days after items have been inspected. We will notify you via email and let you know if the store credit has been approved. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure of your size please email us at shop@misskayskloset.com or send us a chat before you make a purchase with any questions you may have about sizing. 

You can return your item(s) by emailing shop@misskayskloset.com. (A return must be initiated via email first before you send your item back. Any items sent back before initiating a return will not be accepted). The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

If your return is approved, you have 7 days from the day you receive approval to return the item(s) to Miss Kay's Kloset. Any returns received past the 7 day window will not be honored.

In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new condition with all tags attached and receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. 

Conditions (Return Eligibility): 

  • Items must be returned unworn , unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached.
  • No visible makeup or deodorant on items.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items

  • Sunglasses

  • Bodysuits

  • Hats

  • Swimwear / Cover-ups

  • Lingerie

  • Visibly Worn items

  • Select White Items

  • Items outside of policy window

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.

By completing a purchase with Miss Kay's Kloset you are agreeing to our full return policy.
