FAQs

  1. How are items shipped?   All items are shipped via USPS with Priority or Express options. Free shipping is offered for orders $75 or more.  Please visit our shipping policy page for more information.
  2. When will my item(s) get to me?  Please allow at least 3-5 business days to receive your package after it has left our warehouse.
  3. How do I cancel an order?  Contact us at shop@misskayskloset.com as soon as possible. We will allow you to cancel up to 24 hours from the time your order was placed.
  4. Do you give refunds? No, unfortunately we do not issue refunds. Items can be returned for store credit only. Please visit our refund policy page for more details.
  5. Can I call to order?  No, we do not offer purchase of orders via telephone.
  6. Do you hold Items? No, unfortunately we do not hold items. If you are unsure about purchasing because of the fit, or have questions, please send us an email at shop@misskayskloset.com or send us a chat.
  7. How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email and/or text with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. 
  8. I received a damaged item. What should I do? In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email at (shop@misskayskloset.com) within 24 hours of receiving your item. A photo of the damaged item will be required. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item (see refund policy). We also diligently perform quality checks and document the condition of all items before shipped; therefore damaged merchandise is unlikely.
  9. Why was my order canceled? Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled immediately.
  10. Do store discounts/promotions apply to gift cards/giveaway items at our pop up events or social media giveaways? No, store discounts will not apply to gift cards/giveaway items at our pop up events nor online social media giveaways.
